Contract to Rent

Introduction
This site allows landlords and property managers to advertise residential rental properties with a complete textual description and up to five images for each property. The site is currently being offered free in an effort to develop interest and participation from as many local landlords and property managers as possible.

1st step: Register
As a landlord or property manager, the first step is to click on the "Register landlord" or "Register PM Agent" link. Fill in the required form fields( * indicates required). For property managers,in the form field labeled "Contact phone", enter the phone number that you would prefer prospective tenants to contact you.

2nd step: Login
The next step is to login using the user name and password created during registration.

3rd step: Add Owner
After a successful login you will have entered the administrative section of the website. Now click the "add owner" link in the menu on the left. For landlords, the phone # entered in the "Home Phone" form field will be used as the contact # by tenants so for most landlords this would be their home phone # but you might want to use a business # or cell phone # instead. After filling in the required form fields, click submit.

Last step: Add Properties
After successfully entering the owner information, you are now ready to enter the property information. So click on the "Add Property" link in the menu on the left and begin entering the requested form fields. Make sure the box labeled "Advertise" is checked if the property is available for rent or will be available in the near future. If the "Advertise" box is left unchecked, the property information will not be available for viewing by prospective tenants. Public notes will be viewable by prospective tenants. Private notes are only viewable by the landlord or property manager. Submitting images is optional. The image must reside on your local machine and be in a .jpg format. Depending on the size of your image and the speed of your internet connection, it could take a few minutes for each picture to upload, so be patient. Logout
After entering information for each of your properties, you can click on the logout link in the upper right hand corner of the web page. To view your properties that are available for public viewing click the "Rental Listings" link in the upper center of the page.
